Join us for an Old-fashioned German style Christmas tree demonstration August 10th

For nearly 35 years, husband and wife Ron and Carol Wardell have been making old-fashioned German style Christmas trees. The trees range in size form 12″ to 52″, and come in 4 antique colors. Each tree is a reproduction of an old one. Some people even use the white feather trees at Easter.
The Wardells also make a few other antique Christmas items like natural sisal “bottle brush” trees, German style “stick leg” sheep, and small log cabins and sheds. The trees the Wardell’s make today will last a lifetime and become tomorrow’s treasures.

Come see them in person and watch the tree come to life from 6-8-pm during Lititz’s Second Friday. In addition to this special program, our museum and gift shop will be open from 5-9pm.
